Our Guarantee          

We work with our clients in a close and cooperative fashion throughout the executive search process and beyond and will refrain from recruiting from your organization for a minimum of two years following the completion of an assignment.

Should one of our client firms or a newly placed executive terminate the employment relationship within the first year, it is the responsibility of all participants to review the integrity of the search process. If the reasons for termination relate to the quality of our services, we will re-initiate the defined search project and no further professional fees will be assessed.

Our Unique Payment Structure

Our Signature Searches are conducted on a retainer basis and we are compensated only by our client companies.

Fees for each search are assessed individually based on the length and complexity of the search assignment and are typically a fixed amount that will not vary once the search commences.

We require one-third of the fee as a retainer, one-third after viable candidates have been presented, and the final third when you are ready to make an offer of employment to a selected candidate.

All search-related expenses are billed at cost. Travel and candidate entertainment expenses will be approved in advance. We do not charge an arbitrary administrative fee.
